We accept online returns within 14 days, starting the day your order was delivered.The item must arrive at The Afterwhite within this time period, not postmarked. If 14 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or credit.
Items purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days.
Returns labels are free. US and Canada returns for refund will be subject to a $15 return processing fee, and international returns for refund will be subject to a $40 return processing fee. This will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived on returns for store credit/exchange.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, damaged, soiled or washed. Some pieces are made with delicate fabrics, and the majority of our pieces are white, so please take care and avoid makeup, tanner etc when trying them on and when packing them to return. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
Each item will undergo an inspection upon return, and The Afterwhite reserves the right to withhold the refund for damaged or worn goods or any items missing their security tags. Items that are returned with makeup, marks or visible signs of wear will be subject to a dry cleaning fee ranging from $50-$200 depending on the damage.
We do not refund shipping charges or international duties, or taxes. The return shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer, and The Afterwhite is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Online sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Online sale items that are discounted 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Gift cards, samples and made-to-order items are considered final sale. In-store discounted purchases are final sale.
Regular-priced items purchased using a discount code are not considered sale/discounted items.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact hello@theafterwhite.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without previous knowledge will be returned to the customer.

Yes, however, you will still need to process each order individually through our returns portal first. Each purchase has its own specific order number generated; when submitting a return through our returns portal you will need to enter this order number to request a return label and for us to be notified properly of what is being returned and why. After your returns have been accepted, you are able to pack and send back all pieces in one return package.
