If an item is on pre-order it will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Please note pre-order dates are subject to change, and the estimated pre-order shipping date is not a guarantee. You will be charged for this item at checkout, and it will ship out once we have available stock. You can redeem a gift card by entering the gift card code at checkout in the “discount code or gift card” field. Gift cards are sent via email; please check your email if you are looking for your code. Please contact our customer service team at hello@theafterwhite.com with any questions. 

We do price match, subject to a few restrictions. Merchandise must be the same in both style and color, as well as currently in stock, to be considered a valid price match. All price matches are subject to final approval by The Afterwhite.

Once orders have been placed, our team works quickly to ensure all orders are processed and packed within 1-2 days. However, if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@theafterwhite.com for assistance. We are only able to cancel orders that have not entered the packing or shipping phase.

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email update with a tracking number specific to your order. You will be able to track your order through UPS within 24-48 hours of receiving this email.
